Michael Albaine currently lives in New London, Connecticut where he works as a multi-instrumentalist, composer/arranger, music producer and teacher. He has a large portfolio of works of both original compositions and arrangements for string orchestra, and has been commissioned by performers around Connecticut. As a multi-instrumentalist, his primary instrument is cello and bass guitar, in addition to taking jobs as a keyboardist and guitarist.

Born and raised in the New London-Waterford area, Michael earned his Bachelor of Music in Cello Performance with an emphasis in Music Composition at the University of Connecticut. After, he became a certified music educator and is currently serving as the director of string orchestras in Griswold, Connecticut.

With many current projects underway, Michael will be publishing a number of original works and string orchestra arrangements in the future.
